The Kelly Clinic offers delivery for eligible products purchased through our online store.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. Please note that orders containing products requiring additional checks may take longer to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email with any available tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, the availability of the product and the delivery service used.

The Kelly Clinic currently delivers to addresses within Ireland.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. The Kelly Clinic cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@thekellyclinic.com with your order number and delivery details.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier or delivery provider where appropriate.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you have received an incorrect item, please contact info@thekellyclinic.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate.

Please do not dispose of damaged packaging until we have had an opportunity to assess the issue.

Products Subject to Clinical or Prescription Requirements

Certain products and treatments offered by The Kelly Clinic may be subject to prescription, clinical assessment or other regulatory requirements.

Prescription-only medicines and products will not be supplied solely on the basis of an online purchase where a clinical assessment or prescription is required.

Clinic vouchers cannot be used to purchase or obtain prescription-only treatments or medicines, including anti-wrinkle treatments or prescription tretinoin products.

Where a product is offered for collection from one of our clinics, the available collection location and instructions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
