Prof. Jack Kelly
Professor Jack Kelly is a fully accredited Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon, registered on the Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery with the Irish Medical Council. He is widely recognised for his expertise in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, delivering outcomes that prioritise patient safety, function, and natural results.
Professor Kelly is an examiner with the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, reflecting his standing at an international level. He is a full member of the Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons (IAPS), the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

Professor Kelly has a strong academic and research background, with particular interest in Tissue Engineering and regenerative medicine. He currently collaborates with the National Centre for Biomedical Engineering Science (NCBES) in Galway, contributing to innovative research projects that are unique to plastic and reconstructive surgery.
This research-driven approach informs his clinical practice, ensuring treatments are guided by the latest scientific evidence and surgical advancements.
