Hydrafacial FAQs

How does Hydrafacial work?

Hydrafacial is a technology-driven rejuvenating skin treatment that delivers instant results you can see and feel. It promises to deliver long term skin health and can cater to the specific needs of all skin types. Hydrafacial works by removing dead skin cells and extracting impurities while at the same time enriching the skin with cleansing, hydrating and moisturising serums. Hydrafacial doesn’t just work on the surface, it works deep within the skin, to deliver a superior treatment which promotes skin health.

What happens during a CynoGlow treatment?

During your CynoGlow treatment, one of our skin specialists will start with the Potenza RF Microneedling treatment. The microneedles will penetrate the tissue of the skin to the desired and selected depth, depending on your skin and your desired results. As the needles enter the skin, they simultaneously release radiofrequency into the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. After this, the Picosure Pro laser will then be introduced. The laser will deliver energy in picoseconds to the skin to effectively target your specific skin concerns while also protecting the skin from excessive thermal damage.

Who is suitable for this treatment?

The good news is that Hydrafacial is suitable for all skin types and skin concerns. Even sensitive skin is suited to this rejuvenating treatment. Here at The Kelly Clinic, we tailor your Hydrafacial to meet your specific skin concerns.

How long does a Hydrafacial take?

Hydrafacial treatments are fast and effective, taking as little as 30 minutes to deliver an immediate and lasting glow. The results are pain-free with no downtime.

What results can I expect from a Hydrafacial?

Many clients report seeing visible skin improvement and an even, radiant skin tone after just one treatment. The smooth results and hydration may last 5 to 7 days or even longer. We don’t believe in quick fixes, so one treatment per month is recommended for improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, oily and congested skin. Continued Hydrafacial treatments are highly recommended to maintain skin health results.
