First, we establish your current skin care routine, what skin type you are and what is your lifestyle. Once we have a general understanding of this we can then recommend the best programmes and treatments to achieve the best results.

We will discuss and establish the following:

• Understanding your skin –what’s going on with your skin
• Discuss treatment and product options
• Design a specific program for you

Consultations generally take 15-30 mins via phone.

After the consultation, you will receive an email with details of your skincare routine that are specific to you and your skin type. Our in-house expertise will ensure you get the right treatment programme and your progress will be closely monitored and documented.

For best results, a follow up consultation should be booked for 4 weeks after the initial consultation.
